This policy applies to confirmed bookings with DineDazzle PVT Ltd. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancellation Request Process
- Cancellation or reschedule requests should be sent as early as possible through our official WhatsApp number, phone, or email.
- The effective timing of cancellation is counted from when the request is received and acknowledged by our team.
2. Standard Refund Schedule
- 15 or more days before the event: Full refund of the advance, minus a 10% processing / planning fee.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% of the advance amount may be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the event: The advance is generally non-refundable due to planning, procurement, and resource allocation already undertaken.
3. Rescheduling
- One reschedule may be accommodated without extra rescheduling fee if requested at least 7 days in advance and if the new date is available.
- If the new date involves higher pricing, travel, or menu changes, the booking may be revised accordingly.
- If the requested replacement date is unavailable, the original cancellation terms will apply.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Advance amounts may remain non-refundable where procurement, staffing, or time-blocking costs have already been committed close to the event date.
- Custom or special-order items arranged specifically for the event may also be non-refundable.
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are usually returned through the original payment method or another mutually confirmed method.
6. Force Majeure
If a booking is affected by events outside reasonable control — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, sudden venue closures, or similar force majeure circumstances — we will try to discuss a practical rescheduling or adjustment option in good faith. Final treatment depends on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
