These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website dinedazzle.online and the catering services provided by DineDazzle PVT Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
DineDazzle provides multi-cuisine catering services for events including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, housewarmings, and buffet events. Our services cover food preparation, service staff, basic equipment, setup, and post-event cleanup as detailed in individual quotations.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (typically 30% of the quoted amount).
- Until the advance is received, dates are not blocked and availability is not guaranteed.
- All bookings are subject to availability and our ability to service the specified date, location, and guest count.
- The minimum order is for 25 guests.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on the website are "starting from" prices and are indicative only. Final pricing is determined based on menu selection, guest count, event type, location, and customizations.
- A detailed quotation will be provided before booking confirmation. The quote is valid for 7 days from issuance.
- Payment schedule: 30% advance at booking; remaining 70% on event day after service completion.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and cheque.
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Any additional items or services requested after booking confirmation may incur extra charges.
5. Menu & Customization
- Menus are customizable, and reasonable revisions may be accommodated during the planning stage before booking confirmation.
- Final menu must be locked at least 3 days before the event.
- Minor dish substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal ingredient availability. We will inform you of any changes in advance.
- Dietary restrictions and allergies must be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Guest Count Changes
- Guest count can be adjusted up to 3 days before the event.
- Changes within ±10% may be accommodated with shorter notice.
- If the final guest count exceeds the booked count by more than 10%, additional charges may apply.
- If the final guest count is lower than booked, charges will be based on the minimum of the booked count or actual attendance (whichever is higher minus a 10% buffer).
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 15+ days before event: Full refund of advance, minus 10% processing fee.
- 7–14 days before event: 50% of advance refunded.
- Less than 7 days before event: Advance is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Free if done 7+ days in advance, subject to date availability. One free reschedule per booking.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Event Day Responsibilities
- The client must ensure venue access for our team at least 2–3 hours before the event (4–5 hours for 500+ guests).
- The client must provide adequate space for food preparation, setup, and service.
- Access to electricity, water, and designated kitchen/preparation area must be available.
- DineDazzle is responsible for food quality, service, and cleanup of the catering area only.
9. Food Safety & Hygiene
- DineDazzle is FSSAI certified (Lic. No.: 20422331000376) and follows strict food safety protocols.
- All food is prepared using fresh, quality ingredients.
- We recommend consuming food within the service window. DineDazzle is not liable for food quality issues arising from client-side storage or handling after service completion.
10. Liability
- We aim to manage each event with reasonable professional care according to the confirmed service scope.
- Subject to applicable law, our liability for a claim directly connected to the booking is limited to the total value of the relevant order.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.).
- We are not liable for allergic reactions if the client failed to declare known allergies at the time of booking.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on dinedazzle.online — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of DineDazzle PVT Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data practices described therein.
13. Communication
- By submitting an inquiry or booking, you consent to receive communications from DineDazzle regarding your event via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. You may opt out of communications at any time.

15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

DineDazzle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
