This Payment Policy applies to quotes and confirmed bookings with DineDazzle PVT Ltd.
1. Quotations
- Website prices are indicative starting-from rates only.
- A final event quote depends on guest count, menu selection, service style, venue location, logistics, and custom additions.
- Unless otherwise stated, quotations are generally valid for 7 days from issue.
2. Booking Advance
- A booking is generally confirmed after receipt of the required advance payment.
- For most bookings, the standard advance is 30% of the approved quotation unless a different structure is agreed in writing.
- Until the advance is received, dates and team allocation remain subject to availability.
3. Balance Payment
- The remaining balance is usually due on the event day, typically after service completion, unless a different schedule is clearly stated in the quotation.
- Additional items, last-minute upgrades, staff-hour extensions, or extra guest count may lead to updated billing.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or equivalent approved handles)
- Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)
- Cheque, where accepted in advance and cleared in time for the event
5. Tax & Invoicing
- GST or other applicable taxes may be charged as per prevailing law unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quote.
- An invoice or payment acknowledgment may be shared for confirmed transactions.
- Clients should review the quote and invoice carefully before making payment.
6. Payment Safety Guidance

- DineDazzle is not responsible for payments sent to unverified third-party accounts not confirmed by our official team.
