This Service Policy applies to catering enquiries and confirmed bookings with DineDazzle PVT Ltd. Final service scope always depends on the custom quotation approved for your event.
1. Our Service Scope
Depending on the package selected, our catering service may include menu planning, food preparation, buffet setup, serving staff, service coordination, and routine cleanup of the catering area.
2. Booking Process
- Initial enquiries may be submitted through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- We provide a custom quote based on event type, date, guest count, menu, and location.
- A date is treated as confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
- Our standard minimum order is 25 guests unless a different special arrangement is agreed in writing.
- Availability is subject to logistics, team capacity, and venue access conditions.
3. What Is Normally Included
- Food preparation according to the approved menu
- Buffet or service setup appropriate to the chosen package
- Serving staff numbers based on guest count and event scope
- Basic crockery, buffet equipment, and service flow items where included in the quote
- Routine breakdown and cleanup of the catering service area
4. What May Require Separate Quotation
- Extended staff hours beyond the agreed service period
- Special décor, premium presentation counters, or additional live stations
- Large-distance travel, interstate logistics, or unusual venue restrictions
- Venue permissions, generator backup, or non-standard infrastructure requirements
- Third-party rentals not specifically mentioned in the quotation
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide correct event details, venue address, guest count estimate, and timing information.
- Ensure reasonable access to the venue, setup area, water, and electricity where needed.
- Communicate community restrictions, security requirements, or vendor entry procedures in advance.
- Inform us early about allergies, dietary restrictions, or special serving instructions.
6. Guest Count & Menu Changes
- Guest count and menu updates should ideally be finalized at least 3 days before the event.
- Late changes may still be accommodated where practical, but availability and revised pricing will depend on the request.
- If service requirements materially increase after confirmation, additional charges may apply.
7. Outdoor Events & Venue Conditions
- For outdoor events, the client should make reasonable arrangements for weather protection and usable service space.
- Unexpected site conditions, restricted access, or delayed venue entry can affect setup timing.
- We are not responsible for venue-owned service failures outside our control.
