- We present ourselves as a professional catering business and follow applicable food safety and business requirements relevant to our operations.
- Relevant company and catering-related documents may be shared with confirmed customers or serious booking enquiries on request through our official WhatsApp or email channels.
- For privacy, fraud prevention, and document control reasons, not every internal or compliance document is published openly on the website.
2. Ingredient Sourcing & Storage
- We aim to use fresh ingredients sourced through regular supply channels appropriate to the menu and event scale.
- Perishable items are handled with attention to freshness, storage timing, and practical food safety requirements.
- Ingredients are checked during preparation for suitability, cleanliness, and event readiness.
3. Kitchen Hygiene Practices

- Food should ideally be consumed within the intended event service window for the best quality and handling outcome.
5. Dietary Restrictions & Allergen Communication
- Clients should share known allergies, dietary restrictions, and food preference requirements at the quotation or booking stage.
- While we take reasonable precautions, some ingredients may still be prepared in shared kitchen or event environments.
- We cannot promise a medically certified allergen-free environment unless specifically agreed in writing for the event scope.
6. Cleaning, Waste & Event Area Standards
- We clean the catering service area and remove routine event-related catering waste generated by our team, subject to venue rules and package scope.
- Deep venue cleaning, non-catering waste disposal, or extraordinary sanitation requirements are not included unless clearly quoted.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The client must provide reasonable access to electricity, water, and setup space where required for the selected service style.
- Venue restrictions, community rules, or timing limitations should be shared in advance so the service can be planned properly.
- If food is stored, transported, or served outside our control after handover or service completion, we cannot take responsibility for later quality changes.
